Helping people achieve brighter financial futures

Discover believes brighter financial futures begin by providing students with the skills they need to help them succeed long after they leave the classroom. To support this vision, Pathway to Financial Success is bringing financial education to students across the country.

This includes more than $14 million invested in high school financial literacy programs across the country including more than $1 million in support of Chicago Public Schools for curriculum, materials and teacher training.

We also have a long-standing relationship with Junior Achievement (JA), an organization giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their financial success and improve their understanding of entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Our employees support JA by teaching the program and sharing their career skills to students in all grade levels.

We are always looking for new ways to support and enhance financial education - from showing people how to spend smarter, manage debt better and save more, to helping teach the next generation about good financial habits.
