Helping people achieve brighter financial futures

Discover believes brighter financial futures begin with providing students with the skills they need to help them succeed long after they leave the classroom. To support this vision, Pathway to Financial Success is bringing financial education to high school students across the country.

This includes our support for Chicago Public School’s Financial Literacy Program with more than $1 million in grants for curriculum, materials and teacher training.

We also have a long-standing relationship with Junior Achievement (JA), an organization that gives young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their financial success, helping millions of students across the country improve their understanding of entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Our employees support JA by teaching the program and sharing their career skills to students in all grade levels.

We are always looking for new ways to support and enhance financial education - from showing people how to spend smarter, manage debt better and save more, to helping teach the next generation about good financial habits.
