Apply for funding that your school needs to incorporate financial education into your curriculum.
Any public high school in the United States applying for the Pathway to Financial Success Grant must meet the following criteria:
- The school has implemented or is looking to implement a financial education curriculum;
- A measurement tool is or will be in place to assess participation in and comprehension of the financial education curriculum; and
- The school agrees to share overall results of the measurement tool’s pre and post-curriculum testing with Discover upon the program’s completion, to assess what worked and what didn’t.
Applications not meeting the criteria above will not be accepted. Special consideration is given to first time applicants as well as district-wide applications and stand-alone curriculums. Previous grant recipients must submit pre and post-testing results to be considered for a subsequent grant.
Please consult with all appropriate school departments prior to submitting your grant application and budget. We are unable to make adjustments to fulfilled grant awards.
The application review process may take up to 60 days. If you have not received a response in your Pathway account after 60 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Pathway to Financial Success does not provide curriculum or testing assessments. Please work with your curriculum provider for these materials. We encourage schools to use the free Council for Economic Education assessment as it has adopted universal financial literacy standards of measurement.
